The business division operates under the umbrella of the NCACTE, which has been in existence for over 75 years.  

 

The division is governed by an Executive Committee consisting of the President, President Elect, Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentation.The officers of the board of directors consist of the President, President-Elect, Secretary,  Treasurer, and the committee chairs.

 

NC is a unified state, which means members join both the national ACTE association and NC ACTE.  Benefits to joining ACTE include professional development and opportunities to network, representation at the federal level for CTE policy and funding, online lesson/classroom resources, life and liability insurance programs, awards, and leadership opportunities.
